Guidelines for Renting Studio Spaces at Ordio Productions
We’re excited to offer our state-of-the-art studio spaces for your creative projects. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our customers, please review the following guidelines for renting our studio spaces:
1. Studio Spaces Available
At Ordio Productions, we have two studio spaces available for rent:
- The Mastering Room: Ideal for finalising your audio projects with precision and clarity. This room includes Maselec Mastering gear as well as the SPL and Manley Labs gear found in the Mix/Mastering Room.
- Mixing/Mastering Room: Perfect for both mixing and mastering your audio tracks to perfection and offers a choice of two ATC speaker systems.
2. Booking and Payment To book a studio space, please contact us in advance to check availability or simply submit your request via our online form. Once your booking is confirmed, payment must be made in full in advance to secure your rental period. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
- Mastering Room Daily Rate: $660 (inclusive of GST) per day.
- Mastering Room Weekly Rate: $2440 (inclusive of GST) per week.
- Mix/Mastering Room Daily Rate: $550 (inclusive of GST) per day.
- Mix/Mastering Room Weekly Rate: $2200 (inclusive of GST) per week.
3. Respect for Equipment and Facilities While using our studio spaces, we ask that you treat the equipment and facilities with care and respect. Please refrain from driving the speakers into extreme levels that may cause damage. Any damages resulting from negligence or misuse will be the responsibility of the renter.
4. Cleanliness and Tidiness We take pride in maintaining a very clean and tidy studio environment. Please ensure that you leave the studio spaces, as well as the bathroom and kitchen facilities, in the same condition as you found them. There is absolutely no food or drink allowed in the studios at any time. Your cooperation in keeping our facilities tidy is greatly appreciated.
5. Access to Facilities During your rental period, you’ll have access to the bathroom and kitchen facilities. Feel free to utilise these amenities, but please remember to clean up after yourself to ensure a pleasant experience for all users.
6. Cancellation Policy Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, refunds will not be provided for finishing early. We encourage you to plan your rental period accordingly to maximise your time in our studio spaces.
7. Compliance with Guidelines By renting our studio spaces, you agree to comply with the guidelines outlined above. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in termination of your renting agreement and eviction from the premises.

What you are required to bring with you
Both of our studios are outfitted with Apple iMac Pro computers running Logic Pro. If you’re using Logic Pro, just bring your files on a hard drive or USB stick.
However, if you’re using any other DAW, you’ll need to bring your own laptop and connect to our converters for your mixing or mastering session.
We use Prism Sound Audio Interface in both studios, so sound quality is assured.

‘The Studio’ (Showroom 1)
Showroom 1 serves as our flagship ‘studio-based’ showroom, boasting a comprehensive collection of top-notch studio hardware for recording and mixing. Featuring brands like Rupert Neve, SPL, Manley, Solid State Logic, Empirical Labs, Universal Audio, and ATC, this acoustically treated space offers hands-on demonstrations of our full inventory.
We offer an extensive selection of vocal, drum, and guitar stems for your experimentation with our range of compressors and equalizers. Additionally, we provide top-tier microphones for testing our microphone preamplifiers and channel strips. As the bigger showroom, we showcase two of the larger ATC Studio Monitors: the ATC SCM50ASL and the ATC SCM110ASL, alongside the ATC SCS70 Sub-Woofer. Nowhere else in Australia can you encounter such top-tier equipment in an Autex Acoustically treated space quite like ours.

‘The Mastering Suite’ (Showroom 2)
Showroom 2 serves as our Mastering Suite, showcasing a selection of top-tier high-end audio equipment for crafting exceptional analogue masters. Explore offerings from renowned brands such as SPL, Rupert Neve, Manley, and, of course, ATC monitors. Our mastering suite boasts full Autex Acoustic Treatment across all walls, complemented by strategically placed bass traps at the rear of the room, ensuring optimal sound reproduction for the ATC SCM45 Studio Monitors. We have a variety of pre-mastered songs available for you to test any of our high-end mastering equipment, or you’re welcome to bring your own tracks for testing.
