In August 2022, Ordio Productions partnered with St George Sailing Club and Joint Constructions to enhance the acoustic environment of the club. This project focused on installing high-performance Autex Acoustic products to create a more comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for members and visitors.

St George Sailing Club, a popular destination for sailing enthusiasts and community members, required an acoustic solution to address noise issues across its diverse public areas. With a bustling environment that includes a gaming area, main foyer, dining room, and terrace bar, effective sound management was crucial to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.
To meet this need, we chose the Autex 25mm Quietspace Nude White & Nude Black Panels. These panels are known for their exceptional sound absorption capabilities, making them an ideal choice for busy, multi-functional spaces. The panels were expertly installed on the ceilings throughout the club’s four public spaces, utilising TensorGrip X40 and water-based construction adhesive for a secure and lasting application.
A total of 35 panels were strategically positioned across the club’s key areas. The use of both white and black panels added a sleek, modern aesthetic to the club’s interior, blending seamlessly with the existing decor while significantly improving the acoustic environment.
