The d&b Audiotechnik 5S is a lightweight, 2-way passive loudspeaker featuring a ferrite LF driver and a coaxially mounted, wide-dispersion dome tweeter.

The d&b Audiotechnik 5S Loudspeaker uses a 5” driver in a compact bass-reflex enclosure, delivering symmetrical dispersion across both horizontal and vertical planes, allowing flexible mounting options. It can function as a standalone unit or be paired with subwoofers from the xS-Series.

The injection-moulded enclosure is impact- and weather-resistant (IP34), with a choice of black or white paint finishes. The front is protected by a sturdy metal grille backed with acoustically transparent foam. On the rear panel, there are two M8 threaded inserts, two NL4 connectors, and a two-pole screw terminal block. The cabinet and most accessories are also available in the Special Colour (SC) option, customisable in any RAL colour.
