Neve 8804 Fader Pack

The Neve 8804, designed for both rackmount and tabletop use, features 16 long-throw channel faders with accompanying cut and solo switches, along with two master faders. The solid feel of the faders as you adjust your mix, combined with the convenience of Total Recall™ for all parameters and pristine sound quality, makes the Neve 8804 an essential addition when paired with the 8816.

When it comes to achieving a true console feel, nothing beats hands-on fader control. By integrating the Neve 8804 with the 8816 Summing Mixer, the two units together form a fully-fledged Neve console.

The Neve 8804 offers a total of eighteen long-throw faders, delivering ultimate precision for fine-tuning an 8816 mix. Each fader ranges from -inf to 0dB at the central position, extending up to +15dB at the top.

Unique to the Neve 8804 are separate left and right main mix faders, allowing for meticulous stereo balancing at the critical master stage.

The Neve recall software serves as a bridge between the Neve 8816 and 8804 units, seamlessly linking solo and cut switches for integrated operation.

Adding the Neve 8804 to your 8816 unlocks a host of new features and capabilities. The 8804 provides 16 direct outputs via a D-Type connection, offering even greater flexibility when recording through the 8816. These outputs allow individual ‘stems’ to be tracked pre- or post-fade from all 16 inputs.

Additionally, integrating the Neve 8804 with the 8816 enables the use of the 8816’s level pots as aux sends—ideal for creating an extra cue mix or sending reverb signals to your favourite outboard FX units.

Depending on your studio setup, the Neve 8804 can be mounted in various ways: rack-mounted into a 4U 19″ frame or positioned on your studio desk using the built-in stand or optional tabletop side cheeks.

Every fader position and switch setting on the Neve 8804 can be quickly recalled via the Neve recall software. The interactive recall application tracks and follows manual fader positions, allowing you to recall your mix sessions in seconds.
