If you are going to get a pedal board made up for your rig then Ben is your guy. There are very few people who show the passion, knowledge and attention to detail that Ben does.
It helps that as player he uses a lot of the knowledge he brings to his clients from his own playing. He has a real interest in quality, in terms of the work that he does, the products he uses and the ultimate sound.
What I like best about Ben is that he possesses a rare combination sadly lacking in the music business in that he has knowledge and expertise to do great job but also has the business organisation to look after customers, which he does.
